He wasn't complaining, he was just curious. "Why did you shock me?" Gon questioned, somewhat liking the feeling of the spark he'd felt. Their mouths slightly agape, both had to resist flying back into it. He knew Killua was a transmuter, and he could make his aura electricity, but in the middle of a kiss was a bit much.Īfter a few long moments, which somehow seemed too short at the same time, the boys pulled apart slowly. "What were you so deep in thought about?" Gon questioned curiously, making Killua go slightly red. "Oh, sorry," the pale boy apologized, earning an indignant huff from his friend. Gon did often say strange, flirtatious things to him, show small signs of jealousy, and praise him a lot, but. Deep down, he'd prefer to believe he had a chance, though. However, whenever Killua would say anything about romance-related things, Gon would go slightly pink and stare at the white-haired boy intently. He knew Gon was never really interested romantically with anyone he'd taken on a date before, based on the spiky-haired boy's descriptions. Killua, as usual, stared at Gon lovingly for most of the time they spent together, wondering in the back of his mind if they could ever end up together. But soon, Netero chuckles and tells Meruem that he should not consider humans as weaklings.Ī very dark aura starts to surround Netero, and it is the first time the Ant King experiences the feeling of fear. Such immense power of the Ant King even dismayed Netero, and it looked like the old man's total defeat.
Even with his strongest attack, 100 Type Guanyin Bodhisattva Zero Hand, he wasn't able to defeat Meruem. Being able to pray and unleash his powers despite losing his arm, different types of attacks, the conversation between Meruem and Netero, there was a lot to see in this fight.ĭespite being the strongest human alive, Netero was not able to do any major harm to Meruem. Also, this was the first time we saw what Netero was truly capable of. Not just it's the best fight in Hunter X Hunter, but one of the best ones in the entire anime history. Each and every moment from the Netero and Meruem fight was a legendary one.
